DIY Vegan Ranch | Happy National Ranch Day!

OMG! Today is National Ranch Day, so you know I HAD to find a bomb recipe to make for us! Yes US! We all deserve to eat good and feel good.

I searched all around for this recipe. Since there are so many out there, I combined my findings to create this DELISH ranch dressing. It is 100% Vegan and 100% scrumptious. It tastes great with veggies and dipping your pizza slice right in!

Here are the ingredients:

1 cup vegan mayo

2 tsp of dried dill (I eyeballed this)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp salt

1 and ½ tbsp dill pickle juice

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp of almond milk (this is to make the consistency a little runny. Add tbsp at a time until the consistency you’re looking for is found).

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together and you’re good to go.

Literally, this recipe takes 5 minutes to make. The most time you’ll spend is finding the right veggies to go with this delicious ranch! I had my fiancé try it (who is a chef, by the way) and he approved!

Dip your pizza in it, grab all those crunchy veggies and get to dipping!
