DELICIOUS #Vegan Pancakes... Makes you wanna slap yo mama!

Okay, these pancakes are so simple to make, I had them for breakfast 3 days in a row. If you are a waffle fan, go ahead and throw this baby in a waffle maker, friend! It tastes so good, you can't even tell it's Vegan.


So what makes it vegan? No egg, no dairy. Simple! Okay, let's get started.


Ingredients:

1 Cup Flour

2 Tbs Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1 Cup Non-Dairy Milk (I used my homemade oat milk)

1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Maple Syrup for serving


Step 1: Take all dry ingredients and mix in a medium mixing bowl

Step 2: Add liquid ingredients into same bowl and whisk until mixed well (don't mix too much)

Step 3: Scoop into heated (and greased) skillet (I used a ladle for measurement)

Step 4: When one side has a lot of tiny bubbles, flip over

Step 5: Take off skillet once bottom is nicely browned

Step 6: Place on plate, add plant-butter, syrup, and DIG IN!


Doesn't that just look so good? I almost finished the pancake before I took the photo!
