Day 1 of 90: Where Do I Begin?
So, if any of you have seen my last post, then you would have read that I am starting a 90 day journey, and TODAY is the first day! I am so excited about that I woke up with it on my mind.
A few days ago, I got my 90 day journal off the Blogilates site, Popflex. I bought it because it helps me write down all my goals and what I'm eating throughout the day. I'm also taking my measurements, writing my bed and wake-up times, and my mood for the day.
So far, I've been doing pretty good. This first week, I am mainly eating raw/whole foods. Nothing overly processed (I need a nice little cleanse, ya dig?).
I wanted to make this part very clear. I am doing this so that I am in the healthiest shape of my life. That is mentally, physically, and spiritually. I decided to blog about it because...well, why not?
I am super excited about experimenting with so many things! Like food and seeing what my body reacts to. So far, white rice looooooooooooves sticking to my body. So, I've had to switch over to quinoa for the time being for most of my meals.
Anyway- I am prioritizing my sleep, and ya girl is getting mighty sleepy. So I'll update you tomorrow on any photos and things I've tried!
